Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 5 March 2012, Craig Beecroft was appointed under the terms of a specific security deed dated the 3rd day of March 2011 to act as receiver of all present and future right, title and interest arising out of or in connection with the shares in Amuri Irrigation Company Limited of the above-named person in her capacity as executor of the estate of Valerie Monica Beaven.
