Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 6 March 2012, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the above-named companies under the powers contained in instruments dated the 9th day of April 2008.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the companies’ undertaking and all their real and personal property and all their assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including their uncalled and unpaid capital.
