Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and James Henry Greenway, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 2 March 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 16th day of February 2004 over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
