Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over
the property at 26 College Road, Edgecumbe, of BELLA VISTA LIMITED (in receivership and liquidation)
("the company") by New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, on 29 April 2011 under the powers contained under the terms of their mortgage dated the 30th day of May 2008.
That appointment ceased with effect from 29 February 2012, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidators.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
