Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 1 March 2012, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant, were appointed under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of November 2010
to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property, assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
