Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the powers contained in first registered mortgage dated the 26th day of November 2003, issued by The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited ("the mortgage"), on the 22nd day of December 2011, Justin James Bosley and Andrew John McKay, both chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property, being all stratum estates in freehold described and comprised in certificates of title NA86C/58 and NA86C/73 (both North Auckland Land Registry) ("the properties"), together with associated rights and interests charged by the mortgage with each and all of the powers conferred on receivers and managers by the mortgage and at law.
