Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 17 February 2012, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners
of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of MATAKANA ESTATE LIMITED
under the terms of general security agreements in favour of different parties dated the 19th day of September 2007 and the 26th day of May 2010.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
