Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as
to solvency and in accordance with section 24 of
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the members of the above-named incorporated society, on 10 February 2012
at 12.00 midday, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named incorporated society.
The undersigned does hereby fix 16 March 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
