Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of BLACK BOX SPATIAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on
13 February 2012 at 12.05pm.
We fix 20 March 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
