Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountants and insolvency specialists of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on the date and times below:
15 February 2012
BIG EASY STORAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.
LADSTONE UNITE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.
PS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.
ST JOHNS TRUST MANAGEMENT LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.00am.
STORAGE NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.
STORAGE NZ TRUSTEE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
The directors have resolved that the companies are solvent and will be able to pay their debts.
Copies of those resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of
the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 16 March 2012 as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
