Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 25 January 2012 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NESSPAUL LIMITED be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden and Carolyn Lee Jackson, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2012.
