Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 10 February 2012, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRADEN DESIGN LIMITED be liquidated and that Mike Fisher and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 10 February 2012 at 9.30am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 March 2012.
