Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 February 2012, by order of the High Court, the stay
of execution of the judgment of the High Court dated the 27th day of October 2010 ordering ATLAS FOOD AND BEVERAGE LIMITED into liquidation was rescinded.
Accordingly, Keiran Anne Horne and David Donald Crichton, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Christchurch on 27 October 2010 at 3.05pm.
The liquidators fix 13 March 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.
