Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 December 2012 at Auckland, it was resolved by
the shareholders of the above-named company that Aryanne Trankels, of KDB Business Advisory Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
