Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GROUND FORCE SPRAYING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation)
by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 December 2012 at 10.32am.
We fix 14 January 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
