Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 November 2012 at 8.07am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DEWAR DENTAL LIMITED, a solvent company, be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
A solvency certificate has been provided in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 11 February 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
