Michael Fisher and Barry White, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed joint liquidators of HUNT DISTRIBUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 6 December 2012 at 11.00am.
The liquidators fix 18 January 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
