Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that B L PAINTING AND DECORATING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 December 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 December 2012 at 6.00pm.
