John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of MEDLINK INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RECRUITMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2012 at 10.26am.
We fix 20 January 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
