Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Glenn Andrew Walker, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 23 November 2012 at 3.30pm.
The liquidator hereby gives notice that 26 December 2012 has been fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
