Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283(7) of
the Companies Act 1993, Sean Anthony Parsons, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator.
The appointment commenced on 7 December 2011 at 4.30pm.
The appointment was made by the High Court upon the vacation of office by the previous liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named company fixes 10 March 2012 as the day on or before
which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
