On 27 November 2012 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HYAM & WOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard John Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
