Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Hayden Dashwood Trotter and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of MARTON STEWART ST DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 29 November 2012 at 1.00pm, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
