John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE LATE FINISH LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 November 2012 at 1.50pm.
We fix 21 January 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
