Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 November 2012, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TAWA 2008 LIMITED be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of PKF Ross Melville, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 November 2012.
Liquidator’s Section 245 Notice to Creditors
To all known creditors:
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243(1)[(a)][(b)] of the Companies Act 1993, as all the creditors have consented in writing to the appointment of a liquidator under section 280(1A) of the Companies Act 1993.
2. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator has fixed 20 December 2012 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
