Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Craig Alexander Sanson, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Auckland respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IKA NUI LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2012 at 10.15am.
We fix 15 January 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
