Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JOHN LORD CARTAGE CONTRACTOR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 November 2012 at 4.20pm.
We fix 17 December 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
