Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 January 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FORMOSA AUCKLAND COUNTRY CLUB LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Ian Hally, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2012.
