Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 February 2012, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRESH SHEET INN COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 7 February 2012 at 9.00am.
