Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 15 November 2012, the companies were placed into liquidation by the High Court at Napier pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The official assignee was appointed as the interim liquidator of the companies.
On 20 November 2012, Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Napier, following an application pursuant to section 283 of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 17 December 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
