The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 20th day of November 2012 at 4.00pm, on the basis that
the reasons for which the companies were incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidators do not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that
the companies are solvent, the directors having passed resolutions to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by 5 December 2012.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 19 December 2012 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
