Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of CRANKY MAN CYCLES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 21 November 2012 at 10.27pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 17 December 2012 as the last day on or before which the creditors of CRANKY MAN CYCLES LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
