Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MR GREEN (SOUTHLAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 November 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 7 November 2012 at 10.10am.
