Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WESTCOAST BREWING LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 November 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 13 November 2012 at 10.23am.
