Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Andrew John Hawkes and Shaun Neil Adams, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on 13 November 2012 at 11.54am, being the date and time of consent to our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators
of the above-named company, we fix 19 December 2012, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
