Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 6 November 2012 at 3.08pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R J RANUI LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael Fisher and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 5 November 2012.
