Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 November 2012, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DURHAMS TRANSPORT LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Edwin Duthie and Michael Gerard Schimanski, chartered accountants of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 November 2012 at 3.00pm.
