Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECO TOURS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 February 2012 at 10.32am.
We fix 9 March 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
