Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that Michael John Fisher and Barry White, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed joint liquidators of MILLBROOK ROAD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 6 November 2012 at 3.08pm by way of a shareholder resolution.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 30 November 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
