John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of EVA ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 November 2012 at 10.48am.
We fix 17 December 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
