Notice is hereby given that on 1 November 2012 at 10.40am, pursuant to section 89(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited,
were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of BITCOINICA LP (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 20 December 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (in accordance with
section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
