Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
The position of liquidator of these companies became vacant on 16 October 2012 when Patrick Dean Norris, the former liquidator, became disqualified, pursuant to section 280 of the Companies Act 1993, and the official assignee appointed Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, as replacement joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 283(6) of the Companies Act 1993.
