Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 30 October 2012 at 11.15am, the shareholders of
ART N BEANS LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 30 November 2012.
