Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 October 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that BIOMERIEUX NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 October 2012.
