Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of the liquidators the companies would be able to pay their debts, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 October 2012 at 11.00am, the date and time the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix
4 December 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of
any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
