Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 2 October 2012, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SCHOUTEN BROTHERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Aaron Allred, chartered accountant,
be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 October 2012 at 1.04pm.
