Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DESIGNER KITCHENS (2007) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 October 2012 at 10.31am.
We fix 1 December 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
