Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that ARTHUR DEVINE LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at
Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the
Companies Act 1993, on 15 October 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2012 at 9.42am.
