Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that ANGELIC INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 18 October 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 October 2012 at 6.00pm.
