Take notice that BDS MARKETING NZ PTY LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 October 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2012 at 10.59am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 November 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
